As the lead designer, I collaborated closely with the client from the early branding stages. This process involved regular meetings and conceptual discussions to align on the visual and functional approach of KARBON Custody. These sessions were integral to shaping a persona for corporate clients, ensuring the design directly catered to their specific needs and expectations.
Discovery & Research
This phase included understanding corporate clients' pain points and gathering insights into user behavior to build an effective B2B-focused digital asset management system.

As a zero-to-one product, KARBON Custody set the foundation for efficient future expansion, empowering the company to grow within the digital asset space. The platform's impact was further validated by its subsequent achievements, including strategic partnerships and certifications, such as securing a Pre-A funding round of 3 billion KRW and obtaining multiple technology patents.
From a UI/UX and product design perspective, the project succeeded due to a clear focus on usability and modular design principles. This led to a solution that maintained simplicity, navigational ease, and comprehensive internal control features tailored to corporate clients. The collaborative effort to blend aesthetics with technical functionality established KARBON Custody as an adaptable, future-proof platform that resonates with user needs and supports business growth.
